First you will need to patch your client to 7.0.0.2.

This Is a Clean Install of UO Gateway for those who like to use it. It also allows you to see the custom mounts without having to change anything in your main directory. Once installed you will need to set up a new local server and put in all the info. Then you can add the patches manually direclty to UO Gateway. Or If you use Razor you can get it here as well.
